Additional Costs

Mileage: $0.50 per mile for locations 40+ miles away

Rehearsal Coverage (included in Premium Package): $100

Hotel Room Booking(s)
For events located 80+ miles away when coverage ends at 9:00 PM or later, or 140+ miles away when coverage ends at 8:00 PM or later, overnight accommodations are required.
You have two options for fulfilling this requirement:
1. Use Your Hotel Block: You may share your hotel block information, and EEW will book a room directly through your block. The cost of the room will be added to your final total.
2. Separate Booking: If a hotel block is not available, EEW will select a nearby hotel and handle the booking directly. Once reserved, the room cost will be invoiced separately.

Venue Walk-Through: $75 (if Rehearsal Coverage is not added) + mileage for locations 40+ miles away

Timeline Creation (included in Standard & Premium Package): $100 for a one (1) hour meeting and one (1) optional 30-minute meeting

Decor Planning Assistance: $125 per meeting and is due one week before each meeting

Additional Meetings: $50 per meeting for any meeting outside of the initial, complimentary meeting.

Emergency Day of Kit: $60 A comprehensive kit designed to handle any unexpected situations that may arise on your wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stress-free from start to finish.
