Basic Package: $700

4 – 6 hours

Ceremony – Wedding party lineup

Reception – Coordinate each segment of your timeline

Standard Package: $1,000

7 – 9 hours

Early Arrival – Assist with setup/decorating OR stay after sendoff to clean up/put away decor
Ceremony – Wedding party lineup
Reception – Coordinate each segment of your timeline

Premium Package: $1,500

10 – 12 hours

Early Arrival – Assist with setup/decorating

Ceremony – Wedding party lineup

Reception – Coordinate each segment of your timeline

Post-Event – Stay after sendoff to clean up/put away decor

Additional Costs

Mileage: $0.50 per mile for locations 40+ miles away

Rehearsal Coverage: $100

Hotel Room Booking(s): For locations 100+ miles away

Venue Walk-Through: $50 (if Rehearsal Coverage is not added) + mileage for locations 40+ miles away

Timeline Creation: $100 for a one (1) hour meeting and one (1) optional 30-minute meeting

Decor Planning Assistance: $75 per meeting and is due one week before each meeting

Additional Meetings: $50 per meeting for any meeting outside of the initial, complimentary meeting.
